Notice about works procurement

Hiiumaa Vocational School (hereinafter HAK) has published a procurement on the 06.03.2014 with the aim to make a contract of restoration the Suuremõisa manor. The procurement is carried through the public e-procurement environment as a open procedure. HAK has empowered Riigi Kinnisvara AS (State Real Estate Ltd, hereinafter RKAS) to represent HAK during the  procurement process (basing on the § 13 (2) of the Public Procurement Act).
